Eat Healthy
Eating brightly colored fruits and veggies help improve complexion and provides minerals and vitamins.
Sleep
Sleeping makes a person feel good. It also minimizes eye bags and pimples.
Washing
Washing your face every night to remove dust, grime, and dead skin cells which blocks pores and turn into pimples, black heads, and white heads.
Bathing
When bathing use soap for obvious reasons. Scrub even your nether regions. Sponges help to remove dead skin cells. Do this regularly.
Grooming
Brush your hair, clip your fingernails and toenails. The dirt on your fingernails cannot be called a french tip. Use deodorants brush your teeth. Scrape your tongue as well.
