Disability?

We see a lot of beggars in third world countries. Sad to say, only 30-40 percent of them have a legitimate disability that would hinder their chances of finding a job. Some of these people are just either too lazy or too ignorant to be able to find a job or a substantial gainful activity.

Persons who are categorized under persons with social security disability should be helped by the government or any other organization or institutions. Keeping these people off the streets would ensure their safety and would be an example for others.
