Surveys reveal that a number of people particularly in the UK and in the United States are in bad debt. Research also reveals that debt can also cause weight problems.
People who worry over their debts get insufficient sleep and a research conducted by the University of Chicago which was published in the Annals of Internal Medicine Dec. 7, 2004 issue say that getting insufficient sleep can result in a decrease of a hormone called Leptin which controls one's appetite. Low levels of this hormone in the body is associated with obesity.
Before resorting to Diet pills, you may want to check your sleeping and eating patterns.
