The Palm Atlantis Hotel in Dubai is an ultra luxurious hotel charging $800 to $35,000 per night. Dubai may not be the best place to buy a wrinkle filler but it surely is one of the places made for the ultra rich. It seems that businessmen in Dubai are really intent on making their country the world's best place to burn your money for a night in a hotel.
