Researchers believe that not getting sufficient sleep can result in a person becoming overweight or obese. Reportedly, people who get less than seven hours of sleep per night are likely to be obese or overweight. This is so because lack of sleep affects the balance of the hormones ghrelin and leptin which play an important role in regulating one's appetite. If you want to lose weight, better get a good night sleep in your sleep number bed.

Indian Woman Becomes First Time Mother at Age 70

Rajo Devi, a 70 year old Indian woman, delivered her first baby on November 28, 2008 making her the world's oldest mother. Rajo Devi reached menopause at the age of fifty but successfully gave birth to a baby girl at age 70 via in vitro fertilization. IVF now makes it possible for childless couples to have children even in their old age.

The Man who Married 29 Times

Glynn Wolfe holds the record as the world's most married man having been married 29 times. Wolfe, who has a baptist minister who lived in California, last married the world's most married woman Linda Essex as a publicity stunt. They spent a week together before parting ways.

According to Wolfe's son John Glenn Wolfe, his father married so often "because he was against living in sin and was picky and stubborn". He even divorced a wife for merely eating sunflower seeds in bed.

Glynn Wolfe died in 1997.
