Sleep and Obesity

Researchers believe that not getting sufficient sleep can result in a person becoming overweight or obese. Reportedly, people who get less than seven hours of sleep per night are likely to be obese or overweight. This is so because lack of sleep affects the balance of the hormones ghrelin and leptin which play an important role in regulating one's appetite. If you want to lose weight, better get a good night sleep in your sleep number bed.
